Finally tried Metita and it did not disappoint! The Tahiti-inspired dishes were outstanding! We sampled almost everything on the menu and loved it all. The fried pork belly (and I don’t usually even like pork!) was incredible, along with the pickled green lip mussel, Ota Povi (like beef tartare) delicious! Cured king salmon, geoduck clam oka, seared tuna, charred fe’e, and panikeke. Every dish was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented. The drinks were just as impressive. The sasalapa sour and banacoco were like liquid desserts. Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!

Absolutely loved our experience here We came here to celebrate our 18th Anniversary and so glad we did. From the get go we were greeted in a warm and friendly manner that carried right through to the end of our sitting. Drinks were delicious and the food AMAZING. We ordered the Lamb Shank and Pork Hock meals and wow the way our jaws dropped when we seen the potion sizes lol we couldn't eat all of our plates so our waiter kindly packed the leftovers in takeaway containers. Thank you for a beautiful evening, we will definitely be back again

Went there to celebrate my partners birthday, the service was excellent & the food was just fanatastic. Each dish tasted amazing & the portion sizes were great as well. We had a lot of dishes pictured below, everything tasted really great but the standout dishes were the wood fired snapper, the lamb shank, the seared tuna & also the eel donuts.

So so impress with Metita’s Served Menu. Food was unique, well presented and scrumptious. The variety of dishes and their portions were also really generous. Advice is to be hungry if planning to go for this menu as it was very filling. Service was a no brainer - obviously good. Restaurant decor is tasteful, comfortable and matches the food vibe. Definitely very happy with the overall experience and will certainly go back again.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of dining at Metita with my family, and it was truly a memorable experience. As someone from Fiji, I was looking for a place that could take me back home, and Metita exceeded all my expectations. The ambiance was warm and inviting, complemented by excellent customer service where the staff took the time to explain every item on the menu. The food was absolutely delicious, capturing the love and essence of the Pacific Islands. Every bite was a delight, and I could feel the passion and authenticity that the chefs put into each dish. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to experience genuine Pacific cuisine or to those missing the taste of home. Hats off to the talented chefs and staff for making my dinner so special.

We enjoyed our meal. The food was stunning, creative and full of surprises. We had a number of small and large plates as well as dessert. The pork hock and duck were the two winners. The heirloom tomato salad was ok but not to the level of the other dishes. Will definitely be back.

Lovely dinner out for my partners birthday. Great service, delicious food, beautiful decor. My only suggestion is for the prawns make the sauce on the side, so that you can dip in as desired. I love sauce but it did overwhelm the flavour of the prawn a bit.

The food is sensational!!! And the cocktails to start were AMAZING! Creative and exquisite tastes of Samoa with a modern twist are out of this world! The service and atmosphere are also great. Catered for celiac with ease. Unfortunately we won’t be going back as the prices were higher than anticipated, see receipt in photo. I would have loved another wine, but not at $32 for 150mls! The snacks were a bite size for around $15 each. I ate $32 in 2-3mins!!! If you have $$$ I’d recommend for a date night, unless you have a budget under $200
